Video Production > Imagine a Virtual Assistant Creative Department – Planning, development and implementation of video production plans, including direction, scripts, providing photography, editing and finishing of small video projects.  For larger productions we will serve as your resource to coordinate and ensure the actual production lives up to your expectations utilizing our partner companies and remains within budget.    Samples: See YouTube Channel for Great People Works.

Virtual Assistant – Sales Support & Administrative Services:

 Customer Service & Sales Support > We provide an office resource so your customers can hear a live body when they call, take orders, book appointments, delegate work assignments and coordinate with sub-contractors to complete orders.   We also build or customize PowerPoint presentations.  Make us your Virtual Assistant whenever you are not available.

Telephone Sales Contacts & Appointment Setting > We will make follow-up and response generated sales calls via telephone based on your leads, website hits or other information (sorry, no cold calls please).  High success rates in most cases.

Pricing:

Virtual Assistant Services are priced per hour, per half-day, full-day, weekly and monthly services as well as for specific projects.  Discounts may be available.  The minimum charge for most creative services is $35-50 per hour, while Marketing & Sales Support services are $20-35 per hour.
